Patti was by far the best realtor we had in Florida. We had been researching and looking for a second home for 2-3 years and didn't have good experiences with other realtors. Patti was the most professional and conscientious person we encountered. She responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. She did not try to "upsell" us a home we were not interested in but yet she did offer us other options to consider.
